Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable items
Due to sanitary reasons, we do not offer a refund or exchange policy for all skincare, and hair care items such as body butters, body creams, hair grease, hair cream, beard butter, hair oils, lip balm, and soap bars. These items are all final sale! If for any reason you receive a defective product, you can email mynatur3lway@gmail.com with photos of  product issue and we will gladly help resolve the issue right away. If granted a refund or exchange you will need to return the defective product\products to mynatur3lway LLC. 110 Trelawney Cir. Covington GA 30016 before your return or exchange can be processed.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days after we received and inspected the package, to process your refund. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Discontinued Items
 We do not do offer refunds or exchanges on any products that have been discontinued. 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: MyNatur3LWay LLC, 110 Trelawney Cir. Covington GA 30016, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please allow up to 3 to 6 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, unless you payed for expedited shipping. Orders are not shipped during weekends and holidays. If we run into any issues with your order getting shipped out within the 3 to 6 business days grace period we will contact you right away on why was the delay.

Shipping address must match the billing address to prevent any issues within the order. 

The customer is responsible on making sure that the address entered are entered correctly. 

If needed to cancel or change an order, you will need to do so before the package shows shipped. Once package are shipped if refunds or exchanges are applicable, you will need to wait until your package are delivered to you, then you can proceed with our refund or exchange written policy agreement. 

Please plan accordingly for you or someone to be available to collect any packages being delivered. Once our tracking system shows that your package was delivered to the location giving, we (MyNatur3LWay) will not be responsible for any stolen or misplaced packages. Customer will need to contact the couriers to investigate any stolen or misplaced packages. The customer is responsible to reach out to the couriers with the tracking information as to where's the package, and when will the package arrive.
