Cancelation & Rescheduling
Any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling must be requested 24-hrs prior to your appointment. Any cancellations or rescheduling not within the 24-hr grace period of your scheduled appointment will require a $50 fee for the service you missed. Deposits will be required for all services and are non-refundable. Deposit amounts may vary depending on the service you choose and are subject to change. If you miss your scheduled appointment, you will now have a $50 fee for whatever services you missed. If you are a
NO CALL, NO SHOW you will be charged 100% of the booked service price. No exceptions. Any new or replacement appointments therefore after will require a separate & new deposit.

We ask that you realize that when you forget your appointment or fail to cancel without enough notice in advance, we miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot.

The purpose of this cancelation policy is to enable us to inform our standby clients of any availability, thus providing better service for each one of our established and future clients.

Late Policy
​
All booked appointments are required to be on time; we give a 5-minute late grace period. Please understand that when we have a late appointment that throws off timing for all our appointments that day. Showing up on time to your scheduled appointment is very important so that you can receive the full attention services you need and still be completed before the next scheduled appointment. We will not like our clients to be waiting to get serviced when they came on time to their appointment, due to a late appointment service. If you come any time before your 5-minute late grace period, your service will be refused, and you will be charged a fee of $50 for the service you booked. We know that things happen that's out of your control, so if you see that you can't make your appointment on time you will need to call and make us aware of the situation, you can reschedule your appointment and wave the $50 fee of services you booked. NOTE: You can still be charged the $50 for our last-minute rescheduling policy fee on the services you missed, but we're willing to work with anyone on any last-minute emergencies.

Please be very clear on the service you're looking to receive; a consultation will be provided before your service so that we can be on the same page with the service you would like to receive.

When or before arriving to your appointment you may be required to fill out a client questionnaire along with signing a salon waiver prior to your appointment.

No Extra Guest, as space is limited.

No Pets allowed, due to sanitation.

Temperatures may be taken prior to entering the salon.

masks are not mandatory but can be worn. Decision is on you.

If you're feeling any flu like or covid symptoms, you will need to reschedule your appointment within the 24-hr day prior grace period.

We have the right to refuse service for any reason.

Consultation policy

Consultation fees are non-refundable, and non-transferable if you miss your consultation or fail to reschedule within the 24-hr day prior grace period, you will forfeit your consultation & the entire fee.

We will accept Credit, debit, Cash App, apple pay, Zelle, and or Cash on hand. No checks!

Complete Payments are due prior to services depending on services.
